Return Policy and Exchanges

If you don't like what you bought, send it back without delay

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

All items on the Marketplace are sold by different Sellers, Makers and Vendors and although each are responsible for their own products and returns, we do offer a basic return policy that they must abide by.

If you are disappointed with any of the items in your order, or if they are not as you expected, you can return them within 7
days after receipt, for a full refund.

Customers have the right to return any purchased items without defining the reason within 7 (seven) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved. 

To return the items:

Please note that  we do not reimburse return postage cost. If you should choose an exchange a charge will be added
for the re-delivery. This does not affect your consumer rights. In the unlikely event that any of your goods arrive damaged or faulty we will arrange a refund or replacement for you, and reimburse the cost of returning the item if we have
requested it back.

Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects: 

Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 3 days from the moment of the receiving the Items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer. The product must be defective in itself (due to manufacture or design fault) and not damaged due to inappropriate use.

When returning a product after the 7 day standard returns period, a customer must provide full reasons for alleging that the product is defective, including stating how the product was utilised during the period that it was in the customer’s possession.

Customers have the right to refuse to take delivery of items and ask for a money refund. In this case the Seller must be contacted via the website 'Send seller a message' link. Items must be returned to the Seller, and their consumer properties, factory labels and the ready-for-sale condition must be preserved. 

To return any item(s), you must communicate with the seller of the product via the 'Send seller a message' link provided at the product page of the particular seller. This communication might be logged for future dispute handling.

Criteria to return an item:

  • Return must be logged within 7 days of item being delivered
  • Items bought as sets must be returned in sets
  • The item is in a re-sellable condition
  • The item being returned qualifies for return
  • The item is in its original packaging, with labels attached


Non-returnable items:

  • Opened cosmetics and fragrances
  • Specially made and made to order items is not refundable.
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear with detached hygiene strips
  • Earrings for pierced ears

2After receiving the go-ahead, pack all the items in the original packing.
3In order for us to properly identify the returned parcel, you need to attach a copy of the invoice.

4Sent the parcel with a tracking number back to us on your own cost.
