Florian did his apprenticeship in France and spent the past 20 years working in the food and wine service industry all over the world. Lucille has visited all the continents during her 10+ years of working overseas and is a bit of a jack of all trades! Her passion for fine foods, cooking and travelling made her path cross with Florian’s over 8 years ago. Together they incorporated Florian’s French “Je Ne Sais Quoi” and Lucille’s Afrikaans heritage into their foods and flavours to give you a scrumptious culinary experience that can be enjoyed in various locations all over the Western Cape.
